Start with inexpensive products: Here the auction is often less competitive than for the more expensive ones. Many successful bidders use a combination of individual bids and the bidding agents to win auctions.

Compare the final prices of an auction: You could check out finished auctions and compared the final prices. Example: Item XY was auctioned and went for RM4.53. Then bid, in our example, around RM4.00 for it if you think the auction could end soon.

Monitor the number of bidders: Focus on the auctions ending soon and watch the number of bidders. Step into the auction as soon as only two bidders participate in an auction.

Bid at the right time: Different visitors come to Bid2u at different times. This fact can be used to your advantage. The fewer the visitors, the easier it is to get a real bargain.

Experience has shown that the best bargain hunting times are in the morning from 08:00 am and in the afternoon between 14:00 - 16:00 pm. Bid whenever you suspect that other bidders do not have time to participate in Bid2u Auctions. 

Plan using bidding agents: Do you think that an auction will end in about an hour, but you want to go to bed earlier? No problem, just use the bidding agents! Please indicate how many bids you want to place and the bidding agent will do the rest automatically.

The bidding agent is a convenient feature. If you don’t have time to bid on an auction, you can simply program the bidding agent according to your wishes and the bidding agent place the bids automatically for you, regardless what time of day or night it is.

You can activate your bidding agent on the auction page. Click on the title of an auction. You are now on the auction page. On the right-hand corner you will see the bidding agents. Place the number of bids you want to add and click "Set Bids" on.

If there is only one bid and the auction has been finished, the only bidder will paid the item for RM0.01 & Shipping fees.

Please click on the top left on the detailed auction page on the small graphic with the "+" sign. Find all your monitored auctions in the "Favorites". If you watch auctions, you will automatically receive a notification by e-mail or SMS with auctions that have a 24-hour countdown. If you wish, you can disable these notifications by removing the check mark in the field "Notify by email" or "Notify by SMS" under "My Bid2U"> "My Account".

The auction ends when the countdown reach zero. With each bid, the countdown increases again by 10, 15 or 20 seconds.
