To assure anonymity, you can choose your own username or nickname through which to bid, or you can sign up using Facebook or Google accounts.
TREN uses auction style listing for properties. The vendor sets a minimum (reserve) sales price they are prepared to accept over a specified time and incremental bids are made by buyers. The highest bidder at the time of closing that has met or exceeded the reserve if offered an opportunity to purchase the property.
